What remains the same in the updated Jump City Agility (JCA) web site?

Answer: The original JCA web site pages remain the same. You still can get Trial information including the Event Calendar, Trial Results and email/mail Entry pages under the Events tab in the Navigation Bar which continues to be just under the Jump City Agility Banner. The Navigation Bar still has the News, Contact (JCA) and Links tabs. The Classes tab still contains two selections in the dropdown list; the Class Information tab which includes the link to the registration form for training classes, and the Trainers information tab.

What has changed in the updated Jump City Agility web site?

Answer: The additions to the JCA web site are meant to facilitate a completely online-entry-process into Jump City Trials, and include the Log In tab and the Sign Up tab in the Navigation Bar. The Sign Up tab is used to create a new user account. The Log In tab is where the returning user logs in to enter Trials completely within the web site.

How do I create a Jump City Agility web site account?

Answer: In order to be able to perform an entry online, the visitor first creates a web site account with user id & password, plus personal information required in the AKC entry form. This can be done by clicking on the Sign Up tab on the Navigation Bar.

How do I enter my Dog’s information for subsequent use in the online-entry form?

Answer: Web site visitors with a (previously established) account have access to the Dashboard page upon logging in. This page is used to enter/edit dog information, using the Dogs tab on the left side of the page.

Where can I edit my Personal Information that I put in when I created my web site account?

Answer: The Dashboard page is used to edit the user’s personal information in the Profile tab on the left side of the page.

On what page of the web site is this new completely-online-entry found?

Answer: The Dashboard page contains a list of all trials currently open for entry. Clicking on a Trial opens the entry form which is prefilled with Personal information. Upon selection of your dog from the dropdown list, the dog’s information is automagically filled into the form, the entry form presents all the classes offered for each day of the trial - an only those classes offered. Once the classes are selected a total entry fee is shown and can be paid by clicking the PayPal button at the bottom of the form.

Can I make an RV reservation?

Answer: Yes, the Trial entry form gives you the ability to select how many nights you want to reserve, whose fee will be included in the total trial fee.

How do I pay the entry fees in this new online entry system?

Answer: There is a PayPal button at the bottom of the Trial Entry Form page. The total entry fee, including RV Reservation is calculated and shown at the top of the page.

How do I know that I have entered a trial?

Answer: You will receive an email, at the address in your Profile, which confirms your entry details. However, you also need to watch for the normal confirmation that is sent by the Trial Secretary.
